Health Services offered

There are 45 total number of health facilities within the council. Among these facilities, there are two Hospitals owned by FBOs, Six Government Health Centres and 37 Dispensaries of which 21 are owned by the Government, nine are FBOs and six are private.

Generally, Health department have preventive and curative units. The available health facilities provide the following services:-

1. Outpatient (OPD) services including dental services
2. Inpatient services
3. Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health services
4. Surgical services
5. Diagnostic services
6. Pharmaceutical services
7. Health education and promotion services
8. Community outreach services
